Share experience, not instructions
- Say “what we did” rather than “what you should do”.
- Never recommend doses, stopping, delaying or changing treatment, or alternatives to your team’s plan.
- No claims of cures or miracle products.
Protect children’s privacy
- No children’s names, exact birth dates, addresses, hospital or account details, or medical record numbers.
- No photos that identify a child.
Be kind
- No judgement of other families’ choices, no harassment, no graphic content — especially in Grief & Loss.
Reporting & moderation
Use “Report” on any post. Moderators prioritise dangerous medical advice and misinformation, and may hide content. All stories are reviewed before publication.
